I watched the freakin hills have eyes and now i can't stop thinkign about it when i am trying to sleep!!!!!!!!?
I can’t stop thinking about it when i am trying to sleep! And becasue it has been really hot weatehr lately i don’t have any sheet to snuggle up too.
I am 14 and i always think about the part when teh dad is getting burned on the tree and the two mutants sneak into the caravan and they go up to tehgilr that’s sleeping.
What do i do?!!! I start to freak and when i get really close to falling asleep everytime i hear teh floorboards creak i sit up and stare at my door for liek 15 minutes! It has been a weak and a half.

I trie looking up teh beinhd scenes and looked up the actors in real life to just get it through my head there not going to come kill me cause they’re just actors but it isn’t working! Please help me!!!
Yeah, the problem is that i live out in the country, not in the city, and it is so dry it pratically looks like a desert.
And there is only like three people that live on my 6 k street and the closest main town is 30 minutes away!!
So i have lots of reasons to be scared.
OMG I feel sorry for you. Once, I was so scared to go downstairs to the toilet, so I made my stepsister wait outside the door for me! What I did was just watched happy, cheesy stuff before bed like Lizzie McGuire or Two and a Half Men, and if that still doesn’t help, listen to some relaxing music before you go to sleep. If your still scared, leave a light on in your room, either a lamp, or lava lamp, and if your still scared, get someone to stay with you one night, like a best friend, sister.. anyone and if worst comes to worst… watch more horror movies until you get comfortable enough thinking about them! The movie I watched still gives me the shivers when I think of it.. but you know, I’m a chicken

Get someone to give you a good old hard slap in the face. Lol. Try sleeping pills if you have any. Or maybe listen to some music and while lying in bed and if you have a little lamp then put the light setting on low while listening to the music this should get you to sleep.

i know this sounds stupid but watch more horror movies u will get used to it i did. i still havnt found a movie that has scared me i herd the orphan was

I know how you feel my friend makes me watch movies like The Skeleton Key, Teeth, Saw 1 2 and 3 etc. We do it every halloween and afterwards i am so scared I end up calling people and asking if i can come over to their house. But i find that watching comedy movies and tv shows counteracts the effect of the horror movies i’ve seen and i often fall asleep watching it. It helps me until i feel safe and can go to sleep without bolting up out of bed if i hear what i think is a chainsaw starting but is actually just my cat. Hope that helped
